Full Time Position
Requires daily private transportation$22/hr + Travel Reimbursement
This position is responsible for our field concierge service which is an add-on to projects which required advanced handling of logistics and resources.
In the concierge role, you will be required to report to a jobsite Monday through Friday, potentially early or late as needed. This position facilitates deliveries, confirmation of materials onsite, equipment inventory, staff resources, and coordinates daily tasks with project management, security, and administration.
This position may offer overtime, project deployments out of region, and lateral programs to civil construction teams.
The geographic scope of this role includes most areas in Los Angeles and Orange County.

This position is for a business developer responsible for strategy and growth of 3M1 services for midsized ($750k-$3M) projects. In this role, one will manage our intake and response of RFPs, coordinate with estimators on approximate costs of new projects, meet with clients to discuss new and ongoing plans, and act as a client contact point for administrative questions.
An ideal candidate for this role will either have the mental capacity, or experience, to understand 3M1 services to a conversational level, find and develop new business in targeted verticals, and manage a forecast and lifecycle of projects.
